Shear Operators
We have 2 shear stations. These 2 operators are generally the beginning of our manufacturing process. Once the material is cut to the exact measurements needed for the order it is sent to our brake mechanics or soldering stations.

Computerized Press Brakes
We use computerized brakes to meet the needs of all of our customers. Our mechanics are trained to specifically use our in-house machinery. Our 26ft computerized blue brake is the longest brake in the North East. It can fabricate upto 26ft lengths in any profile. It's also used to manufacture roof panels & tapered standing seam panels.

Downspout Machinery
Our in-house downspout roll form machines can manufacture quality downspouts at high speeds. This machine takes flat sheets of metal and rolls them into square corrugated downspouts.

Gutter Machine
Our patented gutter machine manufactures flange back gutters in various lengths. The efficiency of the machine combined with the experience of our staff result in a quick turnaround for our customers.

Square Corrugated Elbow Machine
The square corrugated elbow machine manufactures top-of-the-line elbows. Here, one of our mechanics is fulfilling a copper square corrugated elbow order.

Standing Seam Machine
The standing seam roll form machine is used to create standing seams. They are often manufactured in 15" copper or 21" aluminum. However, custom sizes can also be accomodated.

Z Form Machine
The Z Form machine manufactures z-form flashing. It simply puts the z-form on any flat sheet that is processed through the machine. This type of flashing is ribbed at 3" intervals that forms a 3-way mechanical bond in the mortar bed.

Leader Head Fabrication
We have an extensive selection of leader heads for any residential or commercial project. The "plain" leader head is shown here going through the various steps of fabrication. This leader head is kept in stock. However, some of the more intricate designs are made to order. Please call our office for more information.

Americraft Gutter System
The Americraft section of our company has its own shop. The Americraft Gutter System is unbeatable and its quality is unsurpassed. In this shop, you can see the copper production of downspouts, curved standing seam panels & half round gutters.

Skylight Shop
The skylight department produces a variety of skylights in your choice of material, glass or additional protective screens. One of the most commonly produced skylights are the hip vent which is shown here in galvanized metal. We also cater to individual specifications as seen in the "octagon" skylight which was custom ordered.

Dynamic Waterjet
The Dynamic Waterjet cutting machine has unlimited capabilities. It can cut virtually any material upto 8" thick and still maintain a smooth edge. Our in-house AutoCad designer & waterjet operator can assist you with special requests.

Soldering Techniques
Our in-house technicians are trained in soldering techniques that have been passed down for generations. Here, you can see one of our technicians working on a leader head and another soldering skylight parts together.

Crating & Shipping
We offer shipping services for jobs that are outside the Tri-State area. All our products are properly crated and inspected prior to leaving our warehouse. Here, you can see an order of large goosenecks being prepared for shipping.
